Product Manager - Growth
Lead our acquisition, conversion and retention of new users through our product. In this role you will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution to convert visitors from SEO, referral and paid channels into active users. You will be expected to come up with experiments and new ideas to improve how we activate new users through product. Successfully doing so will have a major impact on helping our users see the value of our community and lead to our user growth - a highly strategic initiative and core to our mission of helping people from around the world to acquire in-demand skills

We are building a team of world class product managers, engineers, designers, and community builders to help people pursue work that's meaningful and increase their earning’s potential. By giving our users access to a community of peers, coaching, and training programs our team will reimagine how a modern day professional navigates their career
How you will help us fulfill our mission
Understand the channels that help our users discover Career Karma and create personalized onboarding funnels
Define experiments, create metrics and track performance across different channels
Own core product metrics related to new user registrations and activation
Increase activation and retention of new users
Articulate a compelling vision, strategy, and roadmap for our product’s growth
Work effectively with our team members and executives in support of your leadership

Exceptional ability to manage and lead across cross-functional teams. Experience facilitating delivery of projects by working with engineers, data analysts, and designers
